Lashing Deck Rails Way.

Coaming Plates.

Crack Hatch cover insert.

Total quantity of steel, replaced (grade A & AH): 800 kg

Execution:

Cutting and cropping of affected area by the use of mixed gases.

Assembling of prefabricated plates and profiles in situ.

Welding of assembled parts by certified WPS.

Special Characteristics:

Works were supervised and accepted by vessels Class and Owners representative.

Works were finished inside time margins agreed

Welders and procedures certified by ABS.


BAY 58:

Container Base Platform.

Vertical Post Containers Guide.

Lashing Deck Rails Way.

Coaming Plates.

Windlass Operating Safety Guard.

Total quantity of steel, replaced (grade A & AH): 4.000 kg

Execution:

Cutting and cropping of affected area by the use of mixed gases.

Assembling of prefabricated posts in situ, by the help of chain blocks due to absence of crane in area.

Welding of assembled parts by certified WPS.

Special Characteristics:

Works were supervised and accepted by vessels Class during call in Nhava sheva (India).

Works were finished inside time margins agreed, avoiding further off hire.

Welders and procedures certified by ABS.
